Primitive Technology
John Plant is the shirtless survival genius behind YouTube Channel, Primitive Technology. Inspired by traditional Aboriginal structures, Plant films himself building shelters, weapons, pottery, tools, etc. with only raw materials he finds in the tropical forest of Far North Queensland, Australia. John began posting these videos in 2015 and described it as a hobby. He has a bachelors degree in science but decided to not do anything with it. Instead, Plant made a living mowing lawns with his YouTube career as a side project. Primitive Technology has accumulated four point seven million subscribers from 2015-2018 and his most viewed video has been watched over forty-eight million times. John Plant is alive and well and still makes videos to this day
